康成俊，中共党员，工学博士，讲师。主要研究方向：智能交通。主讲课程：《交通调查与统计分析》、《信号控制》、《自动识别技术》等。参与国家自然科学基金项目2项，主持、参与省部级项目6项，在IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems，Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications，Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences等SCI期刊发表论文10余篇。
